All Sealy products are individually tested before leaving the factory. If a material fault develops within 28 days of purchase, please return to the place of purchase, with proof of purchase, for a replacement. This guarantee is only valid if the product has been used for domestic use only in accordance with the instructions provided. If a material fault develops after 28 days and within the guarantee period of the product, you should contact the helpline and customer service department on 03303 322575 or email us at customerservices@comfyquilts.co.uk . You will be required to demonstrate proof of purchase. All faulty products (apart from the exceptions below) will be repaired/replaced and returned within 28 working days.
Exclusions: Comfy Quilts Limited shall not be liable to replace the goods under the terms of the guarantee in the following cases:
- Fault caused through accidental use, mis-use, negligence, wilful damage, abnormal storage, fair wear and tear or used contrary to the manufacturers’ recommendations and care instructions.
- Used on the incorrect voltage supply (if applicable).
- If the product has been tampered with by an unqualified person.
- If the product has been purchased from an unauthorised seller.
This guarantee does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer. Advice about your legal rights is available from your local Citizens’ Advice Bureau or Trading Standards Office. The guarantee does not confer any rights other than those expressed and in particular we shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential loss or damage.
